Vegetarian Chili (with Beef)

So, I promised I would put the chili recipe online that our community group liked. Here it is…
I love making this stuff…and I love eating it even more. I experiment a little bit with it each time too…throw down some jalapenos, or add a little extra red pepper. Have fun…

I don’t think i can be a vegetarian, because i hate zucchini and mushrooms. But i did go take a look at the recipe and i would have to tweak it a bit for my taset but it looks good.

The BEST chili is Rachel Ray’s Indian Summer Chili. Seriously, dude. It will oust this recipe.

Why ruin it with the meat? Use Boca Burger crumbles (available in the freezer section of large grocery stores.) you’ll never know the difference and no cholesterol or later heart attacks!
